The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with options for different tastes. the views from the hotel rooms were great, giving a sense of being high up in the city. Another advantage was the location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby shops.
My experience during the New Year was not good. the hotel staff seemed unprepared and disorganized, leading to long waits for check-in and confusion about our reservation.

Stayed here for Christmas and I must say, the decorations were amazing! The lobby and common areas were beautifully adorned with festive trimmings which made my holiday stay extra special. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view from the window. The breakfast was also commendable with a wide range of food choices available.
The location was a bit far from the city center, getting a taxi took longer than expected. , the staff could improve on their English-speaking skills as it was difficult to communicate at times.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a metro station, making it easy to access downtown areas. the hotel is near the port, allowing for easy access to the waterfront area. the rooms are well-maintained and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and nice views. the breakfast is varied and offers both Western and Asian options, and the staff provides excellent service. Guests can enjoy the gym and pools available in the hotel's spa.
The check-in process can be slow and tedious, which may be frustrating for some guests.
